Helen Liedloff - Sergei Rachmaninoff’s hands


The sculpture of Rachmaninoff's hands is one of a series made by the popular sculptor, designer and ceramic artist Helen Liedloff in the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s. The series included the hands of celebrities such as the celebrated lyric coloratura soprano Lily Pons (known as an early advocate early advocacy of Rachmaninoff’s Songs) and physicist Albert Einstein.
