VIDEO: François-Joel Thiollier in recital

  One of the highlights of the 2009 Conference in Manchester was the recital given by distinguished Franco-American pianist François-Joël Thiollier.

   Here is an extract, where he is playing Prelude op.32 no.12 by Rachmaninoff. This was an encore to a varied, elegant, insightful and entertaining recital, and it brought the house down!
