Rachmaninoff Network at Senar
Last week we were working at Senar, Sergei Rachmaninoff’s former estate on Lake Lucerne where the mammoth project of archiving all historic material, in partnership with the Serge Rachmaninoff Foundation, has entered Phase II in its fifth year: all artifacts have now been digitized. 10.000+ pictures are now being implemented into a fully documented digital inventory. Today we will reach up to 6200 photos already including those of documents, letters and pictures. Over the coming days we hope to add at least 1500 photos more and gather additional information on another 1000 artifacts the photos of which are to be processed in the Netherlands.
